CA P.V. Shenoy completed his articles in Rao & Swami, Udupi and qualified in the year 1979. He was earlier partner in the firm Maiya & Maiya, Udupi and joined Rao & Swami as partner from April 1st, 1999.

He has over 40 years of practice as an auditor and advisor for industrial undertakings, finance companies, nationalised banks, cooperative banks, insurance companies at Udupi. He has handled audits of NBFCs, central audit of a private sector bank and public sector banks, audit of the divisional offices of Life Insurance companies and General Insurance Companies. concurrent and statutory audits of public Sector banks. He is also the auditor and advisor to many small and medium enterprises in the hospitality and trading sectors. He also handles income tax advisory, compliance and litigation matters at the Udupi Office.
