Mr. Ajit Pal comes with over 38 years’ experience in Statutory Audit; Internal Audit including 22 years in Risk based Audits. He has passed both the Certified Information Systems Auditor and Certified Internal Auditor examinations. He was a Partner in V M Pal & Co, Chartered Accountants which merged with Rao & Swami, Chartered Accountants in June 2022.

He has provided his expertise to the large MNC banks as well as to Urban Co-operative Banks in the following areas:

• Risk Based Internal audit
• Internal Audit of back-end operations
• Information System Audit

Apart from Banking - he has managed Operational Audits of a wide range of verticals. Some of them are:
